User Agreement
Welcome to HairFit app, an ai-powered hairstyle try-on application designed for ios devices. This user agreement agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the app, including all features, content, and services provided through it. By downloading, installing, or using HairFit, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
All information is processed locally, and information is only retained on the user's local device. When the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
HairFit is made available to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the app solely to preview different hairstyles on your own facial images, as intended by the app’s features. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or cause harm to the app, its developers, or other users. All information is processed locally, and information is only retained on the user's local device. When the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
Notably, HairFit does not require you to create an account or log in with any credentials to access its core features. You may use the app immediately upon download, and no personal account information is collected, stored, or linked to your use of the app.
To use the app’s hairstyle try-on feature, you must grant HairFit temporary access to your ios device’s camera and photo library. This access is solely to allow you to take new selfies or upload existing ones for real-time hairstyle previews. All information is processed locally, and information is only retained on the user's local device. When the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data. Access is revoked or terminated once your session ends, and all images are immediately deleted from the app’s cache.
You may manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s settings, though doing so may limit your ability to use the app’s core features.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using HairFit:
Using the app for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promoting products or services, monetizing hairstyle previews, or using the app’s content for commercial gain.
Uploading or using images that contain unauthorized content, including but not limited to images of others without their explicit consent, copyrighted material, explicit or offensive content, or content that violates applicable rules.
Modifying, tampering with, reverse-engineering, or attempting to access the app’s source code, ai algorithms, or underlying technology.
Using the app in a way that disrupts, impairs, or damages the app’s functionality or networks associated with the app.
Using the app to collect or harvest personal information from others, or to engage in harassment, fraud, or other malicious behavior.
All intellectual property rights in and to HairFit, including but not limited to the app’s design, features, ai technology, hairstyle templates, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by the app’s developers or licensed to us. These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, and you may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the app’s content or technology without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any selfies or images you upload to the app. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process those images solely to provide the hairstyle try-on feature. This license expires immediately once your session ends, and we do not retain any rights to your images after they are deleted. All information is processed locally, and information is only retained on the user's local device. When the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.
HairFit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s functionality, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee that the hairstyle previews will be an exact representation of how the hairstyle will look in real life, as results may vary based on factors such as hair texture, color, face shape, and lighting.
We are not responsible for any errors, glitches, or interruptions in the app’s service, and we do not warrant that the app will be free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable rules, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of HairFit. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to inaccurate hairstyle previews, loss of data, device issues, or any other harm resulting from your use of the app.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your upload of unauthorized or inappropriate images, or your violation of this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the app in violation of these terms.
We may update HairFit from time to time to improve functionality, add new features, or address technical issues. These updates may be mandatory, and you may need to install them to continue using the app. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time by posting an updated version within the app or on our relevant platforms. Your continued use of the app after the updated agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to HairFit at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated this agreement or engaged in prohibited activities. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.
Upon termination, all temporary licenses granted to you under this agreement will expire, and we will delete any remaining non-aggregated, non-anonymized data related to your use of the app. All information is processed locally, and information is only retained on the user's local device. When the user actively deletes the information, the information will be deleted, so the app does not collect any facial data.

This agreement is governed by applicable principles, without regard to conflict of principle provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may pursue appropriate remedies as permitted by applicable rules.
